1. ClickUp

If you love using to-do lists and managing your projects all in one place, you’ll want to add ClickUp to your productivity toolkit to supercharge your workflow.

This project management tool is aesthetically pleasing compared to many other similar tools (and I’ve tried many!) yet also extremely functional.

If you have different projects going on that are vastly different, this is great to get organized.  From color-coding your projects to setting sub-tasks and re-occurring deadlines, this tool is awesome.

Not only can you track personal projects, but you can also collaborate with others on projects so you will always be on the same page.

2. PomoDone

A great addition to ClickUp is PomoDone, a great app that helps you time manage.

I love to integrate PomoDone with ClickUp and use them both together to really maximize my productivity.

How PomoDone works is by using the Pomodoro technique.  You basically work for 25 minutes, which is then followed by a short five minute break.  Then you just recycle the whole process until you finish all of your tasks.  It’s genius!

A great feature of the app is the analytics feature that is given to you once you finish your work.  You can see what you spent your time on and what you can improve on next time.  This is great if you love numbers!

3. One Tab

One Tab is a must for all you tab queens out there!

Having tons of tabs open at once is not only really bad for the speed of your computer, but your productivity levels also suffer.

If you’re constantly trying to close tabs because you have dozens of tabs open and the thought of it all gives you anxiety, you need this browser extension because it’ll help you keep just one tab open at once.

4. Grammarly

Grammarly is my favorite tool to ensure I minimize any punctuation and grammar mistakes when I write.

All you need to do is download the free extension and then it learns your personal writing style and vocabulary preferences.

It automatically alerts you of any grammatical errors, spelling errors, and synonym suggestions so you can focus on doing your work instead of spending your time worrying about grammar and spelling mistakes.

5. IFTTT

IFTTT is one of the best productivity apps that can help you streamline things and save you time.

What is IFTTT, you might ask?

It stands for if this, then that and works by connecting different services using Applets for free.

Once you create an Applet, everything is automated and you don’t have to set it up ever again!

There are so many pre-made Applets to choose from or you can create your own.

6. Evernote

If you need a main hub to organize and collect your notes, clippings, and web articles, Evernote is one of the best.

It’s so convenient because you can sync your notes and access them on different devices wherever you go.

You can even share your notes with others!

7. Freedom

If you ever feel all over the place when you scroll through the Internet or your phone, Freedom is an app you’ll want to check out.

Freedom helps block distractions so you can work more productively and efficiently.

All you need to do is set up the apps and sites you want to block and then the app will do the rest by blocking access to them when you’re working.

You can even set reoccurring times to block, which is super convenient.
